I knew John when we both attended the International Church of Christ in the late 80's, early 90's. My memories of him are a sensitive, caring and generous person who was gentle and respectful. He was a great listener and counsellor who always gave you an honest answer if you asked him his opinion. I enjoyed having conversations with him. He was the kind of person you could speak with for hours. He always spoke his mind which I respected. So as you can imagine I was saddened to hear the news of his passing. My condolences go to Marion, Rhian and the family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Carlos
