John (my name sake and fellow chelsea supporter )

I remember with fondness John's service and contribution to the church. I am grateful for the various bus journeys to and from church where we spoke a lot about life and football, something I will forever miss. Also, when I was ill and having treatment, John always brought to me the weekly church newsletters, and the thoughtful get well soon cards.

As we know absent from the body and present with Lord, see you again John !!
